April 16, 2014. The Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the State of Qatar H.E. Mr.Nourmakhmad Kholov held a meeting with the Director of the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar H.E. Dr.Hassan Al-Muhannadi. The issues related to the prospects of the cooperation in the field of diplomatic personnel training and manpower development were discussed.
