Russian Embassy in Qatar hosted Russia Day reception
On 10 June the Russian Embassy in Qatar hosted a festive reception on the occasion of the state holiday - Day of Russia. The event was held with limited attendance in compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological requirements of the host country.
In his speech, the Ambassador of Russia H.E.Nurmakhmad Kholov emphasized that due to the close interaction of the leadership of the two countries, Russian-Qatari relations has reached a new level in all areas.
H.E. Ambassador also highlighted the successful work of the 24th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF2021) and a participation of Qatar in it as the main guest that has confirmed the mutual desire of the two countries to develop bilateral ties in all spheres with the focus on trade and economic cooperation.
